Dan: 2025 — Year of the Gas Boom 🔥
According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), natural gas prices are expected to climb throughout 2025 and 2026.
Why?
A mix of low inventories and rising consumption is creating a classic supply-demand squeeze.
With demand outpacing supply, natural gas price is forecasted to rise by more than 80% in 2025.
Natural gas producers stand to benefit big time when prices move up — especially since many have relatively fixed operating costs.
This means any increase in revenue flows straight to the bottom line.
As a result, investors could bid these stocks much higher!
But not all gas stocks are created equal . . .

Here’s a snapshot of key first quarter (Q1) 2025 numbers:
📊 Revenue: $3 billion, up 30% year over year (YoY)
📊 Debt reduction thanks to increased revenue: $300 million
📊 Quarterly dividend issued: $0.82 per share.
Expansion Mode 📈
CQP 0.00%↑ ’s core asset — the Sabine Pass LNG terminal (SPL) — has six liquefaction trains that produce approximately 30 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).
But that’s not enough.
To meet global demand for LNG in the years ahead, CQP 0.00%↑ is building an additional 20 MTPA expansion at Sabine Pass — increasing capacity and long-term earnings power.
So, why is LNG demand booming?
The global LNG market is experiencing structural growth thanks to several factors.
First, there are decarbonization efforts as many nations switch fuel use from coal to gas.
We’re also seeing geopolitical realignments in energy supply chains.
Many nations want to reduce reliance on countries like Russia for gas.
This is exceptionally difficult as new tech, such as artificial intelligence (AI), relies heavily on electricity and natural gas for growth and innovation.
All signs point to a growing global appetite for LNG — and U.S. exporters like CQP 0.00%↑ are ready to deliver!
