Dan: Bitcoin + AI Innovation = 💰
Long before Bitcoin USD (BTC-USD) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and BTC strategic reserves, BTC miners were raking in huge profits.
In the last crypto bull cycle, BTC miners soared, mining BTC for far less than the spot price while investors chased massive gains.
They were the OG high-flyers as many investors speculated on the continually rising value of their BTC.
But today, these miners haven’t mirrored the price action of the underlying asset.
However, miners’ current trading levels now suggest massive upside potential, in our view.
But that's not the only factor adding to their appeal.
The infrastructure of mining rigs is compatible with the needs of an emerging technology.
In fact, I’m referring to the buzzword of 2025 . . .
History could be on the verge of repeating itself, and we’re well-positioned for the next wave of innovation!
Our Crypto Exposure ⚡
In each of our ATG Digital model portfolios, we have some degree of exposure to the crypto market.
One way we’re exposed is through BTC miners.
We currently hold seven of them, all in the green.
In September, the Federal Reserve is expected to cut rates, which we believe could be extremely bullish news for BTC.
Historically, as BTC’s price rallies, our miners tend to follow suit.
That’s why I’m excited to highlight one BTC miner already on a major upward trajectory!
A Top Performer ⚡
TeraWulf Inc. (Nasdaq: WULF) is a small-cap BTC mining company transforming its infrastructure, which could drive substantial growth.
In the second quarter (Q2), WULF 0.00%↑ mined 485 BTC and sold them for $47.6 million.
The power cost value for each self-mined BTC was $45,555, substantially below its average price of $73,277 per coin.
The company increased its mining power over 50%, from 8 EH/s in Q2 2024, to 12.2 EH/s.
WULF 0.00%↑ plans to diversify its power into artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) ventures.
In fact, it recently announced two 10-year HPC agreements with AI cloud services provider, Fluidstack, with contracted revenue of $6.7 billion.
This includes an extension potential of up to $16 billion.
Google got a piece of the action, backstopping $3.2 billion of Fluidstack's obligations and receiving a 14% equity stake in $WULF.
From Miner to HPC Powerhouse 🏭
WULF 0.00%↑ controls 827.5 MW gross capacity and 662 MW critical IT load across its Lake Mariner and Cayuga sites in New York.
This includes an 80-year lease on the Cayuga site — enough to triple its current run rate if fully contracted.
This represents massive expansion capacity!
It's clear that WULF 0.00%↑ isn’t just a BTC miner anymore.
It’s also an HPC provider.
WULF 0.00%↑’s deal with Fluidstack — backed by Google with billions in contracted revenue — is evidence of strategic growth and a clear path forward.

So, what’s next for this high-growth powerhouse?
Flying Higher 💸
WULF 0.00%↑ is a small $3.5 billion market cap company, with HPC revenue set to flow in 2026.
This could draw the attention of investors!
Its stock is already up 70% over the last week, clearly on an uptrend.
Yesterday, WULF 0.00%↑ announced an $850 million convertible note offering.
This capital is set to finance its data center expansion, ultimately securing more long-term deals and a reliable revenue source.
