Bitcoin Halving Countdown ⏰
The Bitcoin USD (BTC-USD) halving is nearly upon us! We only have 15 days remaining!
That’s an event where BTC’s daily issuance/supply will be cut in half from 6.25 to 3.125.
As this happens, the remaining supply of BTC will become scarcer, which is bullish for crypto and related stocks!
This event only happens every four years, so we thought it fitting to ring in this crypto holiday with you! ❤️

Dean: 1 Overlooked 🧐 Sector
In previous Subtacks, we’ve covered the bull case for the biotech and crypto sectors extensively.
But one sector has been cooling off for some time. Its growth was hampered by the rapid rising of interest rates:
Looking above, you can see that interest rates were raised incessantly over the course of two years. And now, we’ve been in the range of 4% to 5.3% since December of 2022!
Nearly a year ago, Paul made a bold prediction that inflation would remain high for a long period, especially considering that the U.S. economy is still growing and the job market is healthy:
And boy, was he right!
But it appears that in the next 6 to 12 months, we could potentially see rate cuts:
Rate cuts could act as a fire to gasoline for this sector, igniting it.
But investors who get exposure to these stocks ahead of the coming shift in the current interest rate cycle stand a chance to see sizable gains . . .
Interest Rate Cuts = This Sector Pumps 💪
You might’ve guessed that I’m referring to the housing sector.
This sector directly benefits from lower interest rates because consumers would likely be offered lower interest rates on housing loans.
Also, we could see the price of homes increase, as consumers are offered more favorable borrowing rates — leading to a very hot housing market!
We hold a number of stocks that benefit from this trend, but one stock in particular could be bid up. . .
1 Stock for the Housing 🏠 Market Boom
Zillow Group Inc. (Nasdaq: Z) is a $46.70 stock representing a nearly $11 billion company.
If you didn’t know, Z owns a digital platform that allows consumers to purchase, rent, or finance homes.
It’s essentially a one-stop shop for all things real estate and housing.
It enables advertising on its platforms for brokers and agents as well, generating revenue in the process.
In its Q4 full-year earnings on February 13, it shared that revenue grew 9% year over year (YoY) to $474 million for the quarter, despite high interest rates hindering the growth of the housing market.
Rental revenue, in particular, blossomed to $93 million — up 37% YoY.
Revenue from mortgages absolutely rocketed as well, up 22% to $22 million.
Z has $2.8 billion in cash, representing 25% of its $10.8 billion market cap.
Considering that the U.S. in particular is experiencing a housing shortage, millennials and Gen Z are coming of homebuying age, and the potential interest rates cuts ahead, Z and housing-related stocks could BOOM! 💥
As a result, we’ll continue to hold Z for potential gains ahead of these catalysts.

Paul, I thought MSTR was trading at a sizeable discount to its BTC holdings, but in the Gold tier update I read it's actually trading for double its BTC holdings? Is that true?
