Today, I’ll share one crypto token that has strong potential to make new highs should BTC surge!
Quality > Quantity 🏆
In a crypto bull market, tokens of all risk profiles have a strong likelihood of being bid up.
But if you want sustained bids over a long period of time, you might want to invest in quality tokens.
I’m talking about tokens with strong use cases and a history of surviving turbulent markets.
In our opinion, decentralized finance (DeFi) leader Aave USD (AAVE-USD) fits this category.
AAVE is a DeFi protocol that allows users to lend and borrow cryptocurrencies without a traditional financial intermediary.
DeFi removes the “middleman” by relying on algorithmic smart contracts instead of bankers to offer loans within minutes.
In exchange for lending crypto on the platform, users earn interest on the crypto they deposit.
Using AI coded into the smart contracts, the interest rate remains fluid, adjusting based on the supply and demand for the asset.
The platform also offers staking, allowing users to earn a variety of rewards, including AAVE, which is used as a governance token for the platform.
AAVE trades for $92, representing a $1.3 billion crypto.
And based on its total value locked (TVL) growing, AAVE looks primed for a breakout!
TVL Growth 📈
TVL refers to the total amount of staked or locked on a DeFi platform.
The higher the TVL, the better, as it indicates a stronger level of trust with consumers who sleep well at night knowing their crypto is safe.
And as you can see, AAVE is very respected among DeFi lenders with $12 billion locked:
If last cycle’s high for AAVE is any indication of how high it could go, then it’s trading for cheap in our opinion.
Big Gains Ahead 🤑
During the high of last cycle, AAVE traded for $629.
From its current price per token of $92, that would represent a gain of over 600%!
There are no guarantees, but we like AAVE’s chances in a crypto bull market.

The lemons I’m seeing are in the silver and gold portfolios. Substantial portion of those portfolios carry losses of 60% or higher. How many years will it take to just get back to even, if ever? The saving grace is cryptocurrency? Oh please!
