At the Consumer Electronic Show, a company called Powercast showed its Ubiquity transmitter that can transmit up to one watt.
That’s good enough to wirelessly charge low-power devices — like TV remotes, electric toothbrushes, keyboards and mice, game controllers, earbuds, headphones, smart watches, fitness bands, hearing aids, clocks, electric shavers, and home automation devices — with continuous, reliable, background trickle charging.
The max range is 120 feet for ultra-low power devices.

The #GBC100 is down -1.45% today, and down -6.47% since we began tracking it on September 2, 2022.
Prices are being marked down this morning in a “sell the news” trading environment. The news is the data on producer prices which are now falling rapidly.
Producer prices are simply what companies pay to produce things. Producer prices falling suggest weakening demand and even lower future prices.
This is what we have been expecting, and it’s good for #OGI (opportunity, growth, innovation) investing.
Why? Because weakening demand points to slowing growth. In that environment, growing companies like ours are scarce and get valued at a premium.
Despite today’s market action, I’m very #BOP for our stocks in 2023. I expect more markups for our stocks as their growth brings more investors to come in and bid them higher!
Biotech stocks like GH 0.00%↑ Guardant Health Inc., NVTA 0.00%↑ Invitae Corporation, and MRNA 0.00%↑ Moderna Inc. are generally being bid up today.
I believe that’s because biotech — a broad term encompassing everything from drugs to diagnostics to healthcare AI — will be the new leader of the market. Watch my YouTube video from yesterday for more details.
Online platforms like CVNA 0.00%↑ Carvana Co. and DASH 0.00%↑ DoorDash Inc. are seeing bids as investors begin to anticipate that they’ll still grow in a slow growth economy.
